More geeky tees! I love this Portal Nouveau t-shirt from J!NX:

It’s $22.99, but it’s currently only in stock for size 2XL. Here’s a close up though of the extremely cool nouveau drawing:

It’s a little bit busy, but I love the details in this. The icons on the top, the turrets on the left and right with portal underneath them, it all works!

Aw, this is such a cute t-shirt! It’s also exactly what my cat’s resumé would look like. I think the only things that are missing off their one though is “alarm clock” (they’ve been waking me up at 6:30 for the past week) and “interior decorator” (the amount of hair they’re shedding is awful).

You can get the tee for $15 on shirtwoot!.

I’m loving the second season of Game of Thrones; I can’t believe there are only two more episodes left! This tee has been making the blog rounds, and I love seeing Daenerys as a sort of Disney princess. Makes me wonder how some of the other characters would like disney-fied.

Okay, so this isn’t exactly a tee-rrific tee. It’s a tee-rrific hoodie. And a tee-rrific hoodie referencing Assassin’s Creed no less:

I think the lighting in this photo might be a bit deceiving though… The hoodie is listed as grey and if you look at the photo of the girl, the hoodie is much darker. Still, it’s a pretty awesome design and I’m quite tempted to get one for myself. They’re £35 on Insert Coin, but sadly they’ve run out of size S 🙁

These are gorgeous! They’re designed by artist Megan Lara. I love the details in these; look closely at the circle designs at the little icons! I could easily see myself in these tees (well, the Zelda and the Samus one, the Peach pose is a bit too much for a tee for me, still a cool design though).

All the tees are available on Level Up Studios as pre-orders (ZeldaPeachSamus); they’ll be shipped on the 23rd of February. They’re $18 for Mens size and $19 for Ladies size. I’m really tempted to get myself a Zelda one. Check out Megan Lara’s site for more designs.

Tee-rrific: J!NX Regiment Tee

February 9th, 2011

You all know how much I love my geeky tees; if you’ve seen me around at events, you’ll have seen me wearing some of them (although I also have my fair share of pretty dresses). I can’t resist some of the tees I come across online; I’m starting to run out of cupboard space!

So when J!NX asked me whether I’d like to try some of their tees, I of course went “yes!”. They sent me a selection of three tees, of which the Regiment one is my favourite:

J!NX Regiment Tee

I don’t usually like white tees (for obvious reasons), but I’m really digging this one. The black and turquoise design is great and I love how it looks paired with my purple top! The tee is a little bit on the thin side and is a tad see-through (you can’t get away with wearing a bright pink bra under this), but that lighter design is perfect for layering.

J!NX Regiment Tee

The tee is available on J!NX.com at the moment for only £15 (three different types: girly, guy and guy premium).

I’ll be posting photos of the others tees later this week. But check out J!NX for more geeky designs!

ThinkGeek has an awesome new line of tees with geek heroines! The first one was launched a couple of months ago, but since then they’ve added two more designs. Right now there are 3 in total, and I’m hoping they’ll add more in the future.

My favourite so far is the Marie Curie one; I love the simple drawing and the raspberry colour.

Marie Curie – Pioneer of Nuclear Physics

Ada Lovelace – The First Computer Programmer

Mary Shelley – Writer of Frankenstein

Depending on the size and the design, the tees range from $13.99-$18.99; they’re available in 5 different sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL).

Tee-rrific: I Heart Ninjas

January 14th, 2011

I bought this tee yesterday at the David & Goliath store in Carnaby Street:

Cute, right? It was only £10 (instead of the £20 you normally pay for it).

You remind me of the babe (What babe?)
The babe with the power (What power?)
The power of voodoo (who do?)
You do (do what?) remind me of the babe…

Do I really need to explain this tee after those lyrics? Me really wantz this one:

The T-shirt is available on ThinkGeek for $18.99.

Lovely geeky tee from Glennz Tees:

All sizes are $19.95, except for 2XL and 3XL which are $21.95.
